Our technicians are trained to answer any question and to troubleshoot any problem.
Next day replacement Guarantee:
In the event a scanner cannot be repaired over the telephone, a new replacement scanner will be delivered overnight.
Simply send the broken scanner back, using the packaging from the replacement scanner.
No service Charges:
There are no hidden service charges or fees connected to SEMP.
Maintenance agreement terms:
1. The agreement will be in force for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase.
2. There will be no cost for the overnight delivery of the replacement scanner.
3. Client will pay for the UPS Ground delivery of the defective scanner.
4. Client will keep the replacement scanner.
5. Annual renewable contract.
